২৫ কিমি সড়ক নেটওয়ার্ক
প্রথম ধাপে ২৫ কিমি রাস্তার নেটওয়ার্ক নির্মাণ করা হয়েছে। প্রতিটি সড়কে এলইডি স্ট্রিটলাইট, আধুনিক ড্রেনেজ সিস্টেম এবং প্রশস্ত ফুটপাথ যুক্ত করা হয়েছে। সড়কগুলো শহরের বিভিন্ন জোনকে সংযুক্ত করবে এবং নির্বিঘ্ন যাতায়াত নিশ্চিত করবে।
ভূগর্ভস্থ ইউটিলিটি করিডোর
ভূগর্ভস্থ ইউটিলিটি করিডোরের মাধ্যমে বিদ্যুৎ, গ্যাস, পানি এবং ফাইবার অপটিক কেবল পরিচালিত হবে। এই আধুনিক পদ্ধতি ওভারহেড তারের জঞ্জাল দূর করবে এবং ইউটিলিটি ব্যবস্থাপনাকে আরও দক্ষ ও নির্ভরযোগ্য করে তুলবে। এটি MST-কে একটি টেকসই ও পরিকল্পিত আবাসিক কমিউনিটি হিসেবে গড়ে তোলার ভিত তৈরি করবে।
স্মার্ট গ্রিড ও কেন্দ্রীয় নিয়ন্ত্রণ
প্রকল্পে একটি অত্যাধুনিক স্মার্ট গ্রিড স্থাপন করা হয়েছে যা শক্তি ব্যবস্থাপনাকে অপ্টিমাইজ করবে। কেন্দ্রীয় নিয়ন্ত্রণ টাওয়ার থেকে পুরো শহরের নিরাপত্তা, ট্রাফিক এবং জরুরি সেবা মনিটরিং করা হবে। নিরাপত্তা পরিধি প্রাচীর শহরের সীমানা সুরক্ষিত করবে।
দ্বিতীয় ধাপের কাজ শুরু

25 km Road Network

An underground utility corridor will carry electricity, gas, water, and fiber optic cables. This modern approach eliminates overhead wire clutter and makes utility management more efficient and reliable. Smart Grid and Central Control
